A completely different program than the typical hospital class! Small group atmosphere and interactive class that covers everything you need to know to get off to a good start including:

• When do I nurse the baby? What position? Latch?
• What to expect at the birth
• Is baby getting enough? How do I keep up my milk supply?
• How do I avoid problems?
• How will I go back to work and still breastfeed?
• What accessories do I need?
• Do I need help?
